More than 50,000 Maine kids don’t get enough to eat.
We harness the power of community by partnering with public schools and agencies in Cumberland County to connect more 2,500 children at risk of hunger with the nutrition they need to grow, learn, and thrive.

Building Community
By partnering with dozens of local organizations and engaging hundreds of volunteers and donors, we are building a connected and resilient community that supports the well-being of children.
Nourishing Kids
Our low-barrier take-home food programs prioritize nutrient-dense fresh fruits and vegetables, improving diets, stretching food budgets, and enhancing lifelong health for children and their families.
Rescuing Food
We rescue more than 200,000 pounds of fresh fruits, vegetables, bread, and meat each year from local supermarkets and bakeries, reducing food waste and its negative effects on our environment.
A nourished community is a happier, stronger community.
